What we cover
- Items that arrived defective — misprints, stitching errors, material flaws
- Items that arrived damaged — cracks, tears, scratches from transit or manufacturing
- Wrong items — you received something different from what you ordered
- Lost in transit — your order never arrived within the delivery window
What we don't cover
- Size or fit issues — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering
- Color variations from screen to print — some difference is normal
- Change of mind — all items are made to order, just for you
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
