By uploading an image ("Submission") to Memeabilia, you confirm:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Memeabilia LLC, its owners, operators, and fulfillment partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from copyright infringement, trademark infringement, right of publicity or privacy violations, or any other third-party IP claims related to your Submission.
Memeabilia reserves the absolute right to reject, cancel, or remove any Submission at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Rejection does not entitle the User to a refund if processing has already begun.
Submissions featuring real people, public figures, or celebrities are accepted at the User's sole risk. Memeabilia does not verify rights to use any person's likeness. Users are solely responsible for compliance with right of publicity laws in their jurisdiction.
The following may be rejected at our discretion, and will be removed if discovered:
Memeabilia will comply with valid DMCA takedown requests. Products removed due to IP claims are not eligible for refund. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned from the platform.

Memeabilia provides the service "as is". We are not liable for print quality variations, shipping delays, or vendor errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

By placing an order, you grant Memeabilia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and sell your creation on our products, including in our community gallery. This license is revocable — you may request removal at any time via our contact page, and we will remove your creation from the gallery and cease new sales of it.
